We recommend for long lasting usage of our PATRA products "HAND WASH" only not by dishwashing machine. It should be cleaned with a mild cleanser or mild detergent and water using non-scratch nylon, sponge, or plastic pads.
PATRA products are microwave safe, except from those with precious metal banding and decoration. For instant, plates with silver or gold lining are not recommended for microwave.

The minimum order for made-to-order products is 500 pieces per item. It takes approximately 60-90 days after design approval. However it also depends on production specification details.
