PATRA products are microwave safe, except from those with precious metal banding and decoration. For instant, plates with silver or gold lining are not recommended for microwave.

All PATRA products are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for the products with gold, silver or platinum decoration for long lasting usage. It should be cleaned with a mild cleanser or mild detergent and water using non-scratch nylon, sponge, or plastic pads.

The product can be used in oven with temperature up to 200°C. Never expose to direct flame and do not suddenly change its temperature. The Thermal shock will cause breakage.
